Hi Everyone,

Come join us for the weekly "Uninstructed Figure Drawing Workshop" this Sunday at CDA. 

- Poses range from 3 min. ~15 min. in length.
- Workshop starts 6pm and ends 9pm.
- Tuition is $15 per 3 hour session.
- Water, coffee, snacks, and drawing benches are provided so just bring your own paper and drawing materials to joinus.

"Character Design for Visual Effects" with Christian Alzmann on April 9th~!!!

Hi Everyone,

Christian Alzmann's "Character Design for Visual Effects" workshop is coming up on April 9th at CDA~!!


Christian is a senior concept artist/art director at ILM and have worked on numerous films such as "Star Wars: Episode 2", "A.I.", "Pirate of Caribbean", "Van Helsing", "Men In Black 2", "Terminator Salvation", "War of the Worlds", "Cowboys & Aliens", "Rango" and most recently "Star Wars: The Force Awakens"

In this workshop, Christian will share with us his workflow in creating characters/creatures that serves the story and show the innovating techniques used at ILM to bring the character to life.

This is a great workshop for anyone who is interested in designing characters for movies and want to learn how the design get translated into CG or practical effect.
